Refund and Returns Policy

Digital Downloads — General Policy

All InkForge products are high-resolution digital files delivered by instant download. Because digital files cannot be “returned” once downloaded, we do not offer refunds as a matter of course. Please review all product details, file format information, and FAQ answers before purchasing.

When We Will Issue a Refund

We will issue a full refund in the following situations:

  • File not delivered: If your download link fails and we are unable to resend a working link within 24 hours.
  • File is corrupt or unusable: If the downloaded file cannot be opened or printed at the advertised resolution, and we are unable to provide a replacement file.
  • Wrong product delivered: If the file you received does not match what was described on the product page.

To request a refund under any of these conditions, contact us at inkforge.blue/contact within 7 days of purchase. Please include your order number and a description of the issue.

What We Cannot Refund

  • Purchases where the file was successfully delivered and downloaded.
  • Dissatisfaction with print quality resulting from the customer’s printer, paper choice, or print service — print output varies widely by hardware and settings. We recommend reviewing our Print Guide before printing.
  • Custom commission deposits after work has commenced.

Custom Commissions

Custom commission projects require a deposit before work begins. The deposit is non-refundable once the design process has started. The balance is due upon delivery of the final files. If we are unable to complete a commission for any reason, any unused deposit will be refunded in full.
