What file formats do I receive when I purchase a digital download?

Every InkForge digital download includes a high-resolution PNG and PDF file, sized for large-format printing. Specific dimensions and print guidance are listed on each product page, but most pieces are built to print cleanly at 24″ x 36″ and larger.

Where should I print my InkForge artwork?

Any professional print shop — local or online — can handle our files. We recommend requesting a fine art or archival print on heavyweight matte or satin paper for the best result. Services like Staples, Costco Photo, and online providers like Printful or Canvaspop all work well with our file specs.

Can I return or exchange a digital download?

Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned,” we don’t offer refunds on completed purchases. If you experience a technical issue with your file — corruption, missing download, or format problem — contact us and we’ll sort it out immediately.

How do custom artwork commissions work?

Custom commissions are a separate service from our standard shop. You submit a request via the custom artwork page, we review it and send back a quote, and work only begins once scope and price are agreed. Are InkForge prints licensed for commercial use?

All InkForge digital downloads are licensed for personal use only — wall display, gifting, and personal printing. Commercial use (resale, merchandise production, reproduction for profit) is not included in the standard licence. If you have a commercial use case in mind, reach out and we can discuss a licensing arrangement.
