InkForge is a digital art store operated by Vysoko Solutions LLC. Our website address is https://inkforge.blue. We sell high-resolution digital download artwork files for personal printing and display.

What Data We Collect and Why

Purchase and Order Data

When you make a purchase, we collect your name, email address, and payment information (processed securely by Stripe or PayPal — we do not store card numbers). This data is used to process and deliver your order and to provide customer support.

Contact and Custom Commission Requests

When you submit a contact form or custom commission request, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message. This information is used only to respond to your request.

Email Signup

If you subscribe to our mailing list, your email address and first name are stored with MailerLite, our email marketing provider. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.

Analytics

We use Microsoft Clarity and Google Site Kit to understand how visitors use the site. These tools may collect anonymized usage data including pages visited, session duration, and general geographic region. No personally identifiable information is shared with these services beyond what your browser sends automatically.

Cookies

WordPress and WooCommerce use cookies to maintain your shopping cart, remember your login (if you create an account), and support the checkout process. Analytics tools may set their own cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect checkout functionality.

How Long We Keep Your Data

Order records are retained for a minimum of seven years for tax and accounting purposes. Contact form submissions are deleted after 12 months. Email subscribers’ data is held until they unsubscribe.

Who We Share Your Data With

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the service providers necessary to operate the store: payment processors (Stripe, PayPal), email marketing (MailerLite), and analytics (Microsoft Clarity, Google). Each provider has its own privacy policy governing their use of that data.

Your Rights
